Organic harvested Bi-Carb Soda

Sodium Bicarbonate is a secondary product of Soda Ash, derived from natural or man-made deposits.
The Bicarb we use has been extracted from ancient mineral deposits of Trona in Wyoming, USA.
Most popular Bicarbs are extracted from the same place however this Bicarb has been tested and graded Aluminium Free  [Aluminium <1ppm, not detected] an has been Certified Organic for its production methods by leading USA an Canadian organic Certifier OMRI.
Production method:
Trona ore is brought to the surface, refined into slurry containing both Soda Ash and Sodium Bicarbonate. The crystals and liquid are separated in a centrifuge and then crystals are dissolved in a bicarbonate solution and filtered to remove any non-soluble material. Purified carbon dioxide is fed into the filtered solution with the resulting reaction forming Sodium Bicarbonate. The Sodium Bicarbonate is held in holding bins where it cures, then packaged and shipped.
