How long do your products last?
Good question! We're committed to being a long-term part of your life. Each product comes with an open jar symbol and a number, indicating its shelf life. Typically, our products remain fresh for 12 to 24 months.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?
Absolutely! Our products are pregnancy-friendly, however for extra peace of mind, consulting your doctor is always a good idea. We exclusively use natural and plant-derived ingredients that are free from petrochemicals. For more detailed information on product safety and pregnancy, check out this informative blog post.
Help! My dental floss became gooey and waxy. Why is this happening?
We're constantly refining our processes! If you've encountered dental floss issues, it's related to a previous batch. Our latest batch has undergone improvements to ensure better quality moving forward.
The ball on my roll-on deodorant does not roll, and the product is not coming out. How can this be fixed?
If your roll-on deodorant seems stuck, give it a good shake to unclog it. If that doesn't seem to work, try gently warming the bottle in water at around 60°C and then shake it again.
If the issue persists, don't hesitate to reach out to our team at customerservice@noosabasics.com, and we can happily assist you.
My deodorant cream/deodorant stick's top layer is slimy and smells. Is this how it is supposed to be?
No, that's not how it should be. If you detect any unusual odors or changes in our products, it could be due to aging or expiration (typically after 18 months). We're more than happy to send you a fresh and better-smelling replacement. Just contact our team at customerservice@noosabasics.com.
The twisting mechanism of my deodorant stick is stuck. What can I do?
If the deodorant stick won't twist up, it means the cream is stuck to the container. Warm the container in direct sunlight or rub it against your hands to generate heat and loosen it. If the problem persists, email our customer service team at customerservice@noosabasics.com, and we'll send you a replacement.
Can the spray and cream deodorant containers be recycled?
Absolutely! Our commitment to sustainability extends to our packaging. Both our deodorant cream containers, made from Metal Tin, and our spray deodorant containers, made of Aluminum, are easy-to-recycle. The spray deodorant even features an eco-friendly plastic lid for practical recycling. Happy recycling!
I've developed a rash on my armpits. They're itchy and bumpy. What caused this, and what can I do?
If you experience rashes, it may be due to a reaction to one of the ingredients in our formulation, such as Bicarb soda, which has a high alkaline content. This can cause irritation when it interacts with the skin's naturally neutral pH. Try gently washing your armpits with mild soap and warm water for relief. If irritation continues, consider consulting a dermatologist.
