Refund policy

We offer refunds for all 100% Satisfaction Policy, which means that if you are not 100% happy with your purchase we can issue you a refund within 30 days of purchase. We will only request for you to send us a photo of your product showing the batch number for us to investigate and improve our products.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Please contact us customerservice@noosabasics.com if you wish to cancel or amend your order. Although we cannot guarantee this, we will do our best for any orders that have not already been processed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@noosabasics.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@noosabasics.com 

Returns
We will not request for you to return your product as we can not take them after they left the shop.
